When your enrichment application, facility fee and testimony are received and verification is made that you are a current member, you will be added to the waitlist and notified. Families on the waitlist may be interviewed via phone and/or email before acceptance into Enrichment Program. References are checked thoroughly.

The numbers of families accepted each semester depends on the turnover of current enrichment families in each grade level. For example, there may be an opening in one grade level but not in another. Your place on the waitlist is not determined solely by when you submitted your application, but by our ability to accept all children in a family at every grade level/age at one time. It is also partially determined by the needs of the group as a whole. For example, if you are able to offer a skill to the group that we are in need of, we will consider that as well.

The following grades are currently at capacity: 9^th, 7^th, & 5^th . This means it is hard to predict how long the wait for students in these grades might be.
